Are you SGI accredited?

We are! We have acquired the latest tools and training to meet and exceed all of SGI’s requirements. We are also I-Car Aluminum Gold Class members signifying our commitment to training our team!

Do I need to contact SGI before I get a damage appraisal done?

Yes, if your vehicle has been damaged and you wish to use insurance to repair said damage you must contact SGI and have them send us an assignment before we can create an estimate.

Do my insurance claims require me to pay?

It depends on each individual claim, and the amount may vary based on individual insurance packages. We will attempt to verify with SGI to confirm your payment status.

I have a non-SGI insurance package policy can you still repair my vehicle?

Yes! You must contact your insurance carrier as well as letting us know so we can provide the claim information to them.

Do you replace windshields or repair stone bruises?

We do repair and replace windshields privately or through insurance.

Do you offer repair services for RV’s, heavy trucks, farm equipment, and/or heavy equipment?

No, we do not currently offer repair services for these types of vehicles or equipment.

How do you create your estimates?

We use the Mitchell Estimating system, it calculates all labour, materials etc. that will go into the repair of your vehicle. All estimates are final and repairs must be pre authorized at the agreed amount.

Do you offer rental vehicles?

We do not directly offer rental vehicles, however we do have a partnership with Enterprise to offer rentals to customers who require a vehicle while their own is being repaired.

Do you do powder coating, undercoating or diamond coating?

We currently do not offer any of these services, if that changes we will be sure to let you know!
